This week, let's look at one element: our pull-out desk drawer.  It tucks away nicely when not in use, but when inspiration strikes, it is there for you.  We like to think it would be used to compose love letters.  Or at least love emails, since it holds a laptop or keyboard perfectly and there is a gap at the back of the cabinet to fish the wiring through.  If you listen to vinyl, it's a great place to keep a turntable, too.  But please keep a love letter or two in there, too.

Sometimes good things come in small packages, so today we're keeping it simple:  A bedside cabinet.  

Asymmetry works well for books, lamps, electronic devices, glasses of water, sleeping pills, and all those other things we feel the need to keep near us.  Our Mixi parts let you do this easily.
